Mike Shim is an accomplished business leader with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management and a minor in Psychology. With over 25 years of experience, he owned and operated a highly successful multi-state consumer finance company, growing it to employ over 500 individuals across 15 locations in California, Nevada, Wyoming, and Texas.

Chris Lee, CPA. graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida and began his career at Arthur Andersen & Company and later joined Andersen Consulting as a business analyst with a specialization in tax-exempt organizations. Chris consulted internationally on the many issues affecting tax-exempt and NGO entities around the world.
