Mike Shim is an accomplished business leader with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management and a minor in Psychology. With over 25 years of experience, he owned and operated a highly successful multi-state consumer finance company, growing it to employ over 500 individuals across 15 locations in California, Nevada, Wyoming, and Texas.

A strategic thinker and seasoned executive, Mr. Shim has also served as a board member for prominent medical technology, international trade and investment companies, contributing valuable insights to drive innovation and growth. Additionally, he held the role of CEO for a commercial real estate investment company for over 15 years, further showcasing his expertise in leadership and business development across diverse industries.
